We aim to keep our terms and condition straightforward.  Please read our conditions before proceeding with booking your test. Our conditions apply whether you book your test online or by phone.

We do offer support to help you  choose the correct SELT test for your visa application, visa requirement information is subject to change. You should refer to UK Government guidance on English language exams for visas and are responsible for ensuring you book and take the correct test. You can also get guidance from your solicitor or UKVISA.

Once you have registered and paid for your test, we will confirm your test within 5 working days. 

• If you decide to cancel your test before we have sent your official test confirmation, there will be £45 administration charge.
• If we are unable to confirm your original chosen test date or location.

If we have sent your official test confirmation and  you decide to cancel your test, the following conditions will apply, For cancellations that incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be retained by CSL and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

• For tests cancelled within 14 days of purchase, a full refund minus £45 for centre administration costs.
•  For tests cancelled up to 72 hours before your official test  confirmation  date, 50% of the original fee will be retained by us and we will refund you the remaining 50%
•  For tests cancelled in less than 72 hours before your official test confirmation date no refund will be given.
• TO CHANGE AN EXAM DATE AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED UP UNTIL THE DAY DAY BEFORE TEST WILL INCURE A CHARGE OF £55.
